When Moda Operandi descended on Palm Beach for their glamorous pop-up at The Brazilian Court Hotel, it wasn’t just a retail moment—it was a full immersion into the island’s signature blend of elegance, ease and escapism. From power breakfasts in lush courtyards to golden hour cocktails by the sea, this fashionable crew showed us how to do Palm Beach the Moda way.
We caught up with Lauren Santo Domingo, April Henning and Princess Olympia of Greece to get their insider take on the chicest ways to spend a day on the island. Each shared their must-visit haunts, favorite spots for a tipple, and go-to Palm Beach-perfect look. Because when it comes to dressing and living for the destination, this crowd never misses a beat.

Go-to restaurant for a fabulous meal? Buccan
Describe your perfect Palm Beach outfit—day or evening? My perfect outfit combines bold print or color, playful charm and a little old-school glamour—just like Palm Beach itself. I loved wearing this printed jersey set from Johanna Ortiz, paired with a Row sandal, mini raffia bag and Sauer earrings—I think it works both day to night, and with a cocktail in hand.
Princess Olympia of Greece
What do you love most about Palm Beach? It’s the perfect mix of relaxing and fun. There’s nothing better than spending the day at the beach and then getting ready for a sunset dinner reservation.
Your favorite thing to do on the island? Grab a sandwich from Buccan’s sandwich shop and sit on the beach with a great book. Right now, I’m reading When the Going Was Good by Graydon Carter.

Go-to restaurant or hidden gem for a fabulous meal? We spent the week at The Brazilian Court Hotel, and I couldn’t get enough of Cafe Boulud. I went at least five times.

What is your favorite thing to do on the island? Shopping for linens and nightgowns at Kassatly’s was a highlight. And I left with every color of Julia Amory’s silk sets. Palm Beach is my new personality.

Where’s your favorite spot for a cocktail or glass of wine on the island? The Carriage House was chicer than anything I’ve seen in New York or Paris.
