It all starts with a simple sugar syrup, which you can combine with any fruit of your choice to create a refreshing dessert catered to you and your guests desires. Chef says you can skip this step if you're not looking for a less sugary option but she doesn't recommend it.
"Not only adds some much needed sweetness," she says, "it also really helps with the texture of the sorbet."

- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
Method
