For the Golfer: Night Golf Experience
Cruise with Dad to Chateau Elan ( to experience the sport in the dark. On June 18, the Night Golf Tournament begins with cocktails at 8pm and at 9pm, it’s time to tee off for 8-holes of the Executive Par 3 Walking Course lit only by glow-in-the-dark golf balls, flagsticks and tiki torches. For the Music Man: Unplugged in the Park

Then take your Dad to Unplugged in the Park ( at Park Tavern on his special day to enjoy the American tunes of headliner David Mayfield Parade and special guests Rayland Baxter and Kelly McFarling. The free music blasts at 7pm. Ages 21 and up, but children are admitted if accompanied by an adult.

For the Foodie: Midsummer Music & Food Festival
Gourmet guys will want to spend June 18 at the Midsummer Music & Food Festival ( at Candler Park. From noon to 11pm, music meets the decadent bevy of Atlanta’s favorite street food.
