It's two weeks until turkey day, and from there, as we all know, the downward spiral toward comfort foods, eggnog and weight gain only accelerates. This year, we're taking the proactive approach… at least for the next two weeks. We're sweating it out at the gym, watching what we eat and putting health at the top of our priority list. The plan?
