StayTony is proving short-term housing doesn’t have to be short on style.

StayTony selects only the best locations for its apartments, so you can expect top-notch community features like this saltwater pool and lounge in Midtown.

Tony Diamond saw Airbnb and raised it one with StayTony—a collection of short-term (read: one-month minimum), fully furnished apartments fit for those awkward in-between times that are too long for a hotel but too short to define the relationship with a new lease. After conquering California with The Dorothy apartments in Hollywood and a second killer location in Beverly Hills, Diamond now has StayTony Midtown Atlanta sitting pretty right between Piedmont Park and Peachtree Street, aka steps away from hot restos like STK Atlanta and South City Kitchen Midtown, and watering holes including Foxtrot Liquor Bar and Park Tavern. “We’re location snobs,” admits Diamond, a Los Angeles native. “We won’t open a location unless we feel the building is on the best block, on the best street and in the best neighborhood.” And, of course, Midtown made the cut. Now, the corporate traveling set, film crews—even celebs—can expect interiors as modern as the amenities, which include a Netflix and Hulu cable package, gym, pool and, for the paw-rents, a pet-friendly policy. From the Kelly Wearstler wallpaper to the light-wood custom furniture to the fresh color palette of blush, gray, white and beige, each swanky space designed by David McCauley is in line with Diamond’s personal aesthetic of chic and clean—and millennials are checking in to check them out.
