With the U.S. Open coming up at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, the sought-after Brooklyn and Philadelphia Israeli restaurant, Laser Wolf, joins the East End foodie flock for one night only on June 17.
Debuting on the greens for the first time ever, five-time James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Solomonov brings his culinary skills to Southampton, combining golf, cuisine and culture, at this private event.
The brilliant, mouthwatering brainchild of GSE and FlyHouse, this event allows guests to take a break from the excitement on the greens and experience Laser Wolf outside its traditional setting during one of the most popular golf tournaments.
After a day out on the course, guests will enjoy Laser Wolf’s traditional Israeli menu, known for its shareable menu, beginning with salatim, or unlimited cold dips and fresh-baked pita that can be paired with fire-grilled skewers.
Beyond the tournament’s excitement, this event pairs outstanding talent on both the greens and in the kitchen. As the summer is in full swing, Laser Wolf dishes the pop-up of the season.
