Superstar Megan Moroney may be crossing the country with her blockbuster “Am I Okay?” tour this summer, but she’s never too far from her home base in Nashville. As we were going to print, she was performing a series of shows at the CMA Fest to packed crowds and half-mile long lines of fans. The multiplatinum artist reached another milestone, for the second time, with her title track, “Am I Okay?” hitting No. 1 on Country Radio.

For fans looking for a local taste of Moroney this Summer, the sparkly 27-year-old just launched The Emo Cowgirl pop-up bar at The Westin Nashville’s L27 Rooftop Bar. “Emo Cowgirl really just means that I love to write about the full spectrum of human emotions–the highs, the lows and the in between,” she explains.

Curated by Moroney herself, this is the first artist-led takeover at L27 Rooftop Lounge. It features Megan’s Closet, a retail space packed with exclusive merchandise and limited-edition boots from her collaboration with Lane Boots.

Signature cocktails and menu items channel her music and personality, such as her go-to drink, a spicy margarita dubbed Spicy Meg.

The Emo Cowgirl is open until the end of Aug., and tops all Broadway bars with country star affiliations–it literally is the highest. One thing is sure: Moroney is a star and she’s set to soar.
