Eating Rainbows Dinner
Within the airy spaces of the Museum of Contemporary Art, guests of the Eating Rainbows dinner were treated to a vibrant multicourse meal “in the clouds” as part of the Eye Eaters Society’s roaming dinner series. Arriving in their best all-white ensembles, partygoers enjoyed an experimental dinner featuring menu items inspired by colors of the rainbow, like a green salad with dill and apple prepared by Marisol chef Sarah Rinkavage. The event, benefiting the Center on Halsted, brought together local chefs, artists and creatives, including host and artist Paul Octavious, and left everyone feeling like they were on cloud nine. –Leah Pentecost
