Del Mar local Dame Zandra Rhodes gives us the inside scoop on some of her favorite San Diego haunts.

Known for her bold prints and iconic pink bob, longtime Del Mar denizen Dame Zandra Rhodes rose to fame in the 1960s dressing boldface names like Elizabeth Taylor, Bowie and Jackie Onassis. These days, she splits her time between San Diego and London, and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. She will debut her latest collection at her 19th annual fashion show Tues., Oct. 30 at The Westgate Hotel, and she is putting the final touches on her upcoming coffee-table book, The House of Zandra Rhodes: 50 Years of Fashion and Design (working title). These are a few of her favorite things.
