$4000 Castro Rental Seeks "Newly Minted Tech Employees"

Muni pass not included.

Here’s a deal that’s too good to pass up: An ultra-modern, sleekly-styled studio in the highly-sought after Castro district for only $4000 a month. For a studio! Such a steal! Here’s how the awesome Craigslist posting awesomely describes it:

“Awesome studio apartment perfect for new arrival to San Francisco! Newly minted tech employees preferred. This cozy Castro studio boasts ultra-modern design, chic red skylight, and cool fixtures—including built-in love seat. Easy access to the street, steps from bustling, trendy Castro eateries and bars. Very close to public transportation and Google bus-adjacent. Snap up this Castro gem before it's gone!”

Sounds pretty awesome, right? It's transit-accessable. There's plenty of natural light. You'll never have to worry about missing your bus. Frankly, $4,000 a month seems a little low—we'll take it for $6,000. No, make that $8,000!

Who says San Francisco's rental market is out of control?

Just our luck, though, there's a waitlist. Guess we'll have to hold out for another sweet deal on a mailbox in the Mission.
