Three much-anticipated openings.

Chef Alex Hong’s Italian-influenced pop-up gets a permanent home in the former Nico spot. In the past, prix fixe highlights have included modern, seasonal takes on crudo and fresh pasta. Diners at the brick-and-mortar can expect a full à la carte menu as well.

Shake Shack
Palo Alto
