Dominique Crenn is opening a wine bar next door to Atelier Crenn; in addition to wine, expect low-ABV cocktails and small plates. 3131 Fillmore St. (at Pixley St.) 

Unnamed Cosecha spin-off

ETA: Late 2017
Cosecha chef-owner Dominica Rice-Cisernos is planning to open a spin-off of her Mexican restaurant in Oakland’s Dimond district. Located in an old firehouse, it will likely have a wood-burning oven and a rotisserie. 3455 Champion St. (near Lincoln Ave.)

Juhu Beach Club chef and co-owner Preeti Mistry will open an all-day restaurant serving food like tikka masala mac and cheese and rotisserie chicken with burnt masala brine. 5000 Adeline St. (at 47th St.)

Bar Agricole–Trou Normand owner Thad Vogler is planning to open a rum bar; expect some food and, of course, a lot of expertly selected rum. 3266 24th St. (near Capp St.)
