Rock Stars Are Here for Wine Country

Artists like Metallica, Ozomatli, and LeAnn Rimes are showing up to help after the fires.

Ozomatli will play at Wine Country Strong on November 5. 

 

Although the North Bay fires may be contained, their damage will linger for a long time. As part of the rebuilding effort, three different concerts have been organized to benefit the work—and the first responders who kept the fires from worsening.

Live in the Vineyard, Nov. 3
Margrit Mondavi Theatre, Napa
Live In The Vineyard, an annual three-day music festival, will hold a special unplugged acoustic concert at the JaM Cellars Ballroom at the Margrit Mondavi Theatre on Friday, November 3rd to raise funds for those affected by the North Bay Fires. Proceeds will go to the Redwood Credit Union’s North Bay Fire Relief Fund. Artists who will be performing include The All-American Rejects, LeAnn Rimes, Ocean Park Standoff, AJR, ZZ Ward, Alex Gaskarth from All Time Low, Morgan Saint, Welshly Arms, and Keelan Donovan.

Wine Country Strong, Nov. 5
Lincoln Theater, Yountville
Ozomatli and The Silverado Pickups will appear at a free event thanking first responders and emergency workers for their heroic service. The event will take place at Lincoln Theater in Yountville on Sunday, November 5th from 2pm-5:30pm. The afternoon concert and chef’s picnic is solely to honor the first responders and offers an opportunity for the community to express its appreciation for the firefighters, police, EMTs, hospital staff, and other emergency workers.

Band Together, Nov. 9
AT&T Park, San Francisco
Metallica, G-Eazy, Rancid, Dave Matthews, Dead & Company,and Raphael Saadiq will play a special benefit concert to raise funds for those affected by the fires. The money will raised will go into an emergency relief fund established by Tipping Point Community and will be directed to the North Bay community foundations, service providers and government partners.
