The Breakfast Sandwich to Chase Away Your Monday Blues

We're obsessed with this sandwich from Devil's Teeth Baking Company.

A good breakfast sandwich is mere morning sustenance, but a great breakfast sandwich is equal parts affirmation and art form.

And it looks and tastes precisely like the specimen served at the Devil’s Teeth Baking Company, a narrow slice of storefront in the Outer Sunset.

The sandwich is built on a big, flaky buttermilk biscuit, the sort that sheds chubby crumbs all over your lap and leaves a faint buttery sheen on your fingers. It’s loaded with a voluptuous pile of scrambled eggs and customizable sundries like bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, and lemon-garlic aioli.

Altogether, it is a thing of breakfast beauty—while it’s not quite capable of moving mountains, it is fantastically adept at shifting hungry masses out of their beds to stand in line on a weekend morning.
