THE SCENE Wrigley Mansion’s executive chef, Christopher Gross, drew on Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Night” for an exquisite gourmet dinner, including such delectables as house-smoked salmon with spring flowers and caviar, and sauteed cap steak with red-wine marrow sauce and crispy pig ear. Dinner concluded with assorted truffles et cremes de canelé de Bordeaux. THE HIGHLIGHTS Charity auctioneer Greg Quiroga presented a lineup of wine vacation experiences and packages for local bon vivants with delicious offerings like Bubbles & Bling, which gifted one magnum of California’s Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc; a 3-liter bottle of Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée; and a jewelry suite of white gold and diamond earrings, ring and bracelet designed by JN Jewels.
