A retractable glass rooftop, jewel box cocktail bar, custom patterned lounge seating, Moroccan tiled floors and a custom ornate Italian fresco depicting fruit trees and wisteria all make for an enchanting evening. With a menu full of coastal European light bites and cocktails curated by seasoned chef Carlos Letona, Eden always provides an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
For dinner, there is no better choice than Saishin, the rooftop hot spot that provides an omakase like you’ve never experienced before. Enjoy incredibly fresh and delicious courses while sitting among the Manhattan skyline, thanks to Saishin’s gorgeous views. While members receive exclusive pricing and preferred seatings, all guests can expect an unforgettable experience, from melt-in-your-mouth toro to unmatched service and time spent with Michelin-star-trained sushi chefs Jorge Dionicio and Isaac Kek.
