Wine Time: Passport Days Is Back

The massive winery crawl returns.

Ridge Vineyards’ Monte Bello Estate, which includes a historic barn, is among the wineries participating in Passport Days.

The next Passport Days—a quarterly event celebrating the Santa Cruz Mountains’ winegrowers—takes place April 15. It’s a cherished local tradition that has brought together farmers, vintners and oenophiles for more than two decades now.

A $65 Passport is valid for two years and allows one-time access at each of the 50 or so participating wineries. The list includes Domenico Winery in San Carlos, La Honda Winery in Redwood City, Ridge Vineyards in Cupertino, The Mountain Winery in Saratoga and Villa del Monte in Los Gatos. (Similar to a travel passport, once you’ve visited a winery, you’ll receive a unique commemorative stamp.) Cheers! 831.685.8463
