BREAKFAST: A bowl of oats with honey and cinnamon and avocado toast

WAKE-UP TIME: 6am

DIET: We like to keep a healthy balance of fruits and veggies that are fibrous and rich in vitamins... and never forget to drink lots of water.

NEMESIS: At times it can be ourselves. We become objects of our own ambitions.

ESCAPE: Ideally, it would be on a lonely island to decompress, but since we seldom have time for a proper holiday, our escape is usually a hot bath with a good book.

WEAKNESS: Chocolate

UNIFORM: Jeans, white T-shirt and black blazer

HOTEL: We prefer hidden or unknown boutique hotels.

WORKOUT: Pilates and without fail pushups before going to bed.

LAST MEAL: We love acai bowl with bananas.

MENTOR: Our mother. We got our entrepreneurial side from her and observed from a young age that you can combine work and family.
