James Beard-nominated chef David Guas, who flexed his Louisiana roots both at the famed Windsor Court in New Orleans and as the pastry chef for DC's Acadiana—along with Passion Food Group's other outposts—has had King Cakes on offer for weeks. And while authentic fare is an everyday affair, Mardi Gras night will feature a special crab boil, jambalaya, crawfish etouffee and the best beignets outside the Crescent City.
