3. Zengo Cycle

4. SweatBox
Step into your own workout box and get ready to work! SweatBox, VIDA Fitness’s brand new boutique fitness studio, is set to open in May, providing the District with a new high-intensity circuit workout. The gym will have 23 stations, each with a stationary bike, yoga mat and straps for suspension training. The training program provides participants with MyZone heart rate monitors to help improve cardiovascular endurance while building lean muscle mass and improving flexibility. The stadium-style indoor cycling studio is bringing its competitive and motivating workout to its newest and largest location at CityCenterDC this May.
