As day faded into evening, I returned to my oceanview suite at Caesars for a quick reset before heading downstairs to the Nobu bar. There, my new favorite cocktail the Market Margarita—fresh, herbaceous and finished with a subtle serrano kick—set the stage for a flavorful evening.
