“Restaurants have the ability to bring people together in a way few other spaces can,” shares Ilyas Ortatepe, one of the restaurant’s founders. “We wanted to create a place that feels welcoming from the moment guests arrive, an environment where hospitality, culture, and authentic connection unfold naturally and without effort.”
Named after the Greek goddess of the dawn, Eos, the menu offers plates with Greek, Turkish, Anatolian and Levantine influences. Incorporating the establishment’s deep-rooted Miami history, the menu features fresh seafood and ingredients from Southern Florida. Begin the culinary experience with Greek staples such as the meze platter featuring housemade hummus, muhammara and whipped feta, followed by signature dishes like grilled octopus, Mediterranean sea bass, and lamb chops, each dish conveying a sense of tradition.

The wine list is equally as extensive as the selection of eats, with intentionally selected bottles meant to complement Eos’s dishes.
Set within the Water Pump House itself—once used to bring fresh drinking water to the neighborhood—the coral-rock structure is known for its architectural charm. The new space showcases a lush, tropical exterior, with poolside seating, a fenced entrance and plenty of greenery in the restaurant’s outdoor dining area while honoring the architectural significance.
