The globally celebrated French hospitality brand, Bagatelle, is unveiling its newest concept, marking a bold reinvention for the brand.

Bringing its unique spirit of the French Riviera to the Miami River, the menu features expertly crafted dishes that utilize fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Under the culinary direction of executive chef Rocco Seminara, every dish reflects the tradition while pushing creative boundaries.

“The Miami River is becoming one of the city’s most dynamic culinary destinations, and I’m excited to bring our refined yet playful approach to this vibrant market,” Seminara shares. “Guests can expect bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of culinary flair that makes every meal feel like being transported to the flavors and scents of the French Riviera.”

Highlights include a wide selection of seafood and raw bar offerings, including the decadent seafood tower, alongside the stuffed potato with seasonal truffle and wild mushrooms, and sautéed vongole in a saffron marinière, served with thyme-grilled focaccia. Driven by the desire to create a family-style dining experience, every meal is a decadent fusion of authenticity and sophistication. Complementing the menu, Bagatelle Miami River debuts a bespoke cocktail program that marries Bagatelle’s signature French elegance with contemporary mixology, offering both beloved classics and inventive libations crafted exclusively for the Miami River outpost.

The location marks a rebirth for the brand, one that stands out among previous locations. Setting a tone for experiential hospitality, Bagatelle Miami River marks a collaboration between Mandala Group and The Dirty Rabbit Group. Featuring a one-of-a-kind experience, the design, which is a collaboration between House of Kirschner and renowned French designer Sam Baron, embodies timeless elegance, transporting diners to the South of France. Complete with a salon-style lounge, a 25-seat bar, an elevated terrace, thoughtfully positioned cabanas along the water, and elegant indoor and outdoor dining, Bagatelle is set to make an eclectic debut, solidifying its presence within the hospitality scene.
