Newly debuted French-inspired steakhouse, The Alston, is giving Chicago Restaurant Week participants a taste of its signature offerings with a $60 three-course dining experience. The meal kicks off with a ribeye mille-feuille brochette layered with pistachio pistou, preserved lemon and mushroom purée, followed by second-course options like charred scallion barbajuan with pipérade, golden duck confit croquettes with smoked cherry mostarda, or a classic Caesar made with heirloom romaine. Dinner ends on a high note with offerings like creste di gallo pasta in French red sauce, Ora King salmon almondine with hollandaise, or hearth-roasted chicken chasseur with foraged mushrooms and roasted potatoes, with the option to level up the final course by adding a wood-fired six-ounce wagyu filet mignon with Sauce Diane. Boka

Michelin-starred Lincoln Park dining destination Boka is serving a four-course tasting menu for  $60, featuring a curated selection of the restaurant’s signature American offerings. Highlights include dry-aged beef tartare, sunchoke soup, slow-cooked Icelandic cod and a miso-caramel brownie with malted milk, hazelnut and dark chocolate. This Midwest-inspired, pasta-forward restaurant, owned and operated by executive chef Joe Frillman and chef-partner Leigh Omilinsky, is a Michelin Green Star recipient for its sustainable, ethically sourced fare. Visit during Restaurant Week to indulge in the eatery’s $45 three-course dinner menu or a $60 five-course meal stocked with favorites like sweet onion toast, mushroom ragu pappardelle, winter squash cannelloni and vanilla bean rice pudding. This Michelin-starred fine dining destination, helmed by chef Jenner Tomaska and his wife and partner Katrina Bravo, is known for its mission-driven, ever-evolving tasting menus, which often spotlight rising culinary talent, local artists and other luminaries. The eatery is offering a $60 three-course Restaurant Week menu featuring inventive dishes, including an endive salad, mushroom and kale agnolotti, squash pave with Normandy sauce, and wagyu short rib with radicchio, romaine and beet mole. Restaurant-goers can add on supplemental desserts for $12, with options including tiramisu, sticky date cake and coconut sponge cake with sesame, passion fruit and guava sorbet. Gene & Georgetti

This Tuscan steakhouse has been serving tempting meat, seafood and Italian specialties to the local dining scene since 1941. For Chicago Restaurant Week, diners can sample lunch favorites with a three-course menu priced at $30, featuring courses such as calamari fritti, gnocchi pomodoro and tiramisu. The restaurant is also offering a $60 dinner menu, stocked with tempting entrees like prime New York strip steak with fries, Atlantic salmon or chicken parmigiana.
